Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must has the evidence of the product damages and defects.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Digital products are not refundable.

Refunds

To request a refund, you can contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the evidence of the product damages and defects to request for refund.

If you order the wrong size and colour, it cannot be refunded. Please double check your order information before you place it.

Your products will generally be sent out within 14 working days after your order is placed. We will try our best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee delivery times. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can look for a partial refund.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales item

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns and exchanges

Antlerium do not accept any returns or exchanges. Once your products are ordered, our print providers make the physical products uniquely. If your orders for physical products have issues, please reach out to us.

Cancellation

Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please double check your order information before you place it.
